This varied 12-month internship will give you the opportunity to work with teams across the business, supporting how we communicate and engage with our people and visitors, while contributing to projects that help us continuously improve how we work.
In this role you will:
- Support internal communications, helping to create and share engaging updates, initiatives and key messages across the business.
- Contribute to branding and engagement activities, helping us communicate consistently and professionally with our people and wider stakeholders.
- Support the planning and coordination of internal and external visits, including preparation, communications and supporting materials.

Alongside your day-to-day role, you’ll take part in our 12-month Intern Development Programme, designed to help you develop key skills including communication, teamwork and commercial awareness.
This internship may involve working at either or both of our Eynsham and Bicester sites as part of your role. You’ll be working with teams at both locations and gaining unique insight into how a large-scale business manages the ramp-up of our new facility while maintaining day-to-day delivery.
