Role: Private Equity Summer Analyst
Location: Onsite in Dallas, Texas
Program Structure: The Summer Analyst Program at THP is structured as a 10-week Internship. With strong performance over the course of the Internship, Summer Analysts will have the opportunity to move into a full-time Analyst role starting the following Summer (2029)
Candidate Profile:
Superior academic achievement at a top-tier undergraduate program (3.7+ GPA)
Strong work ethic
Attention to detail
Collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal skills and an engaging personality
High intellectual curiosity about private equity, investing, and company building
Permanent U.S. work authorization
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with new investment opportunity sourcing
Evaluating new deals including financial modeling and performing analysis on data sets
Preparing materials summarizing qualitative and quantitative findings on investment opportunities
Working with portfolio company management teams to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Supporting business development and investor relations
