Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) for live-in opportunities throughout Suffolk County!
HHAs with a valid driver's license are strongly encouraged to apply! Reliable transportation is a major plus for our live-in opportunities throughout Suffolk County.

- 4-Day Live-In
- 5-Day Live-In
- Weekend Live-In

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Live-In HHA, you will provide compassionate, one-on-one care, including:
- Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and emotional support
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1 year of HHA experience
- Valid New York State HHA Certificate
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Physical exam completed within the past year
- PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
- MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
- Valid driver's license strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation strongly preferred
