Manage service and retrofit projects to successful outcomes, meeting scope schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure project scope is clearly defined and aligned with customer needs.
- Escalate issues promptly to appropriate stakeholders and drive them to full resolution.
- Lead effective meetings with clear documentation, defined action items, and timely follow-up.

Build, inspire, and motivate cohesive and high-performing project teams.
- Develop and document successful project plans with project team members and stakeholders.

- Ensure the Aagard Experience
service as the primary customer contact of service projects, delivering prompt and proactive communication.

- Provide tailored solutions that address customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Deliver a superior customer experience that reflects Aagard's commitment to quality and services.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business-related field plus 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous project management and/or customer relationship management experience preferred
- Self-confidence and the ability to be largely self-directed
- Proficient keyboarding skills
- A conscientious approach to meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
- Willing and able to travel (1-2 trips annually) domestically and internationally as necessary, which may include any day of the week
- Must obtain and maintain a valid passport (cost reimbursed by Aagard)
- Must comply with applicable travel requirements, including receiving any vaccinations necessary for entry into certain countries (cost reimbursed by Aagard)
