We are looking for a talented Solution Architect- Senior to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate organization in Columbus, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Design scalable, reliable system architectures by defining component structures, allocating functionality, and establishing effective interfaces between systems and applications.
- Develop and recommend optimized technical solutions by evaluating multiple design options, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and aligning outcomes with business and technology requirements.
- Champion enterprise architecture standards, ensuring solutions leverage approved technology stacks, design patterns, and best practices across the organization.
- Create and maintain global reference architectures that promote consistency, standardization, and reusable technology building blocks across teams and regions.
- Influence solution development by driving architectural improvements and translating technical strategy into practical, business-focused technology solutions.
- Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions that maximize business value and user adoption.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, software trends, and tools while leading pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new capabilities and future opportunities.
- Assess infrastructure capacity and future technology needs while providing strategic recommendations that support growth, performance, and long-term business objectives.
- 10+ years of total professional experience in software development, application engineering, or related technical roles.
- 2-4+ years of experience in an Architect, Solution Design, or similar technical leadership role.
- Prior hands-on experience as a Software Developer and/or Technical Lead is required.
- Complex Application Solution Design utilizing technologies like Java/Angular/Kubernetes/.Net/PhP is needed
- Architecture development framework and methodology to design systems landscape and interactions within enterprise, utilizing Mulesoft, Azure APIM, Azure Data Factory, etc.
- Deep knowledge in DevSecOps areas of GitHub Actions, Copado, SonarQube and Veracode to suggest development teams better their code standards.
