You will connect technology, people, and process—bringing together recruiter needs, emerging technologies, and opportunities to rethink how work gets done. You will drive initiatives from concept and pilot through adoption and continuous improvement, while helping build a culture where teams are equipped and encouraged to innovate responsibly.

- Advise on technology and AI priorities, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps, initiatives, and implementation plans.
- Analyze recruiting data and technology performance to identify trends, assess opportunities, measure impact, and translate insights into recommendations that inform technology and AI priorities
- Design, develop, and pilot automated workflows that improve efficiency across the hiring process, partnering with Compensation, HR Business Partners, HR Delivery, and other teams to build integrated solutions.
- Lead AI innovation across the recruiting lifecycle, identifying and piloting use cases, automations, prompt solutions, and new ways of working that improve productivity and user experience.
- Work to cultivate a community and culture of innovation across Talent Acquisition, providing guidance, standard methodologies, and advisory support that help teams develop and advance their own ideas and solutions.
- Lead a global network of AI Champions within our TA team, creating opportunities for junior colleagues to build capabilities, exchange knowledge, experiment responsibly, and accelerate AI adoption.
- Partner with product and technology teams to represent recruiter needs, synthesize global requirements, and inform capability priorities and platform improvements.
- Mentor analysts within the Strategy & Operations team, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and development support while helping them deliver high-quality work.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of recruiting technologies, including Eightfold, iCIMS, GenAI solutions, and emerging tools, ensuring technology is effectively embedded into recruiter workflows.
- Partner across GBF Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Analytics, Sourcing, and regional teams to standardize processes and embed scalable, technology-enabled ways of working.

What You'll Bring

- 6+ years of relevant experience across technology enablement, operations, transformation, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI, HR or recruiting technology, data analysis, and process design.
- Ideally, 2+ years designing workflows, piloting new solutions, or building tools that improve processes and productivity. Power Automate experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience translating complex business needs into practical technology solutions and driving initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate opportunities, draw insights from data, and recommend practical solutions.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across global, cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities and driving high-quality outcomes.
- Experience guiding, mentoring, and developing others, including through informal or project-based leadership.
- Talent Acquisition or HR technology experience is advantageous.

Who You'll Work With
