At Care Options for Kids, our school-based Behavior Technician/Paraprofessionals play a critical role in helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. This role is designed for individuals who value structure, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a daily impact in a school setting.
As a Behavior Technician /Paraprofessional, youll work closely with teachers and school teams to support students with diverse learning needs. Youll provide one-on-one and small-group assistance, help reinforce lessons, and contribute to a supportive classroom environment where students feel safe, encouraged, and capable of growth.

Requirements
- Experience as a Paraprofessional, preferably in a school-based setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a classroom team
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information
- Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and current auto liability insurance
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associates Degree or higher preferred
