Even better, you may have...

- Understanding of battery and material cost drivers and their impact on vehicle profitability
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basis
- Ability to break down complex tasks or requirements into simpler, more manageable tasks
- Delivers results consistently even under tough circumstances and has the aptitude to recognize roadblocks and escalate issues as needed
- Experience communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization
- Accountable and action-oriented, with a drive to see your work create a tangible impact on the business.
- Proven ability to deliver clear and persuasive recommendations to senior leadership through written narratives, verbal briefings, and presentation decks.
