About this role
Responsible for coordinating and managing daily order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery operations at our Memphis facility. This position will oversee orders through Shopify and aACE, coordinate with warehouse staff and freight carriers, and ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily order fulfillment for American Christmas and Christmas in America (CIA).
- Process, track, and update orders in Shopify and aACE.
- Coordinate UPS, FedEx, LTL, and full truckload (FTL) shipments.
- Request freight quotes, book carriers, and schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Work with warehouse personnel to ensure orders are picked, packed, palletized, and staged on time.
- Prepare shipping documents, BOLs, labels, and tracking information.
- Monitor shipments from order release through final delivery.
- Communicate shipping updates, delays, and delivery schedules to customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate incoming freight and deliveries with the Warehouse Manager.
- Document damaged or missing merchandise and process freight claims.
- Maintain accurate shipping records, delivery calendars, and open-order reports.
- Identify and resolve fulfillment issues and shipping delays promptly.
- Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, LTL, and FTL shipping.
- Experience with Shopify, aACE, or similar systems preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Required Skills and Experience
- Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions
- Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and Shopify
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to Multi-task
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central a plus
- Experience in Logistics/Freight
