A Dedicated Route With Consistent Freight
We're seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional account offering steady miles, weekly home time, and competitive earning potential.
This position involves delivering freight to retail locations throughout Texas and surrounding states. Drivers should be comfortable with an active, hands-on role that includes unloading freight at delivery stops.
Weekly Pay & Earning Potential
- Average Weekly Earnings: $1,887
- Top Weekly Earnings: Up to $2,490
- Average Annual Earnings: Approximately $98,124
- Top Annual Earnings: Up to $129,521
- Pay Structure: Mileage pay plus load pay
Earnings vary based on assigned loads, miles, and individual performance. Top earnings are not guaranteed.
What Your Week Looks Like
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
- Approximately 1,600 miles per week
- Average of 2–3 loads per week
- Approximately 2–6 stops per load
- Dedicated freight with an established delivery network
- Driver-assisted unloading using rollers
Approximately 75% of deliveries are within Texas, with additional routes serving Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
Equipment & Freight
Drivers operate sleeper trucks equipped with automatic transmissions and 53-foot dry van trailers.
This is a physically active driving position. Drivers are responsible for unloading freight using rollers at delivery locations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- Minimum of 3 months of CDL-A driving experience
- Must reside within 100 miles of Dallas, Texas
- Must meet applicable DOT qualification requirements
- Acceptable driving record
- Willingness and ability to perform driver-unload deliveries
