Drive an Established Western Regional Operation

We are accepting applications from experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account serving retail delivery locations throughout the western United States.

This is an active driving position combining regional mileage with hands-on freight unloading. Drivers should be comfortable working longer shifts, making multiple deliveries, and operating across several western states.

Compensation Overview

Average Weekly Earnings: $1,948
Top Weekly Earnings: Up to $2,447

Average Annualized Earnings: Approximately $101,302
Top Annualized Earnings: Up to $127,295

Compensation includes:

- Mileage-based pay
- Additional pay per load
- Safe and on-time mileage bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay

Actual earnings vary based on assigned miles, loads, schedule, and bonus eligibility. Top earnings are not guaranteed.

Schedule & Time Away

Las Vegas-based drivers:

- Approximately 2 weeks on the road
- Followed by 3 days at home
- Typical start time of 6:00 AM
- Workdays may extend up to 14 hours
- Days off may vary based on freight demand

This is a dedicated regional operation. Drivers based in Las Vegas should be comfortable with the extended time away described above.

What You'll Be Hauling

Freight is transported in 53-foot dry van trailers to established retail delivery locations.

Driver unloading is required.

Drivers use rollers to unload freight and must be comfortable climbing in and out of the trailer as needed.

This is a physically active position rather than a no-touch freight operation.

Regional Coverage

Routes serve customer locations across the western United States, including:

Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

Equipment

Drivers operate company-provided tandem-axle sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions and 53-foot dry van trailers.

Qualifications

- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- Minimum of 3 months of Class A driving experience, subject to confirmation
- Must reside within 50 miles of Las Vegas, Nevada
- Ability to meet applicable DOT qualification requirements
- Acceptable driving record
- Willingness and ability to perform physical freight unloading
- Availability for the required regional schedule

Additional Hiring Information

Drivers who have successfully completed the FMCSA SAP Return-to-Duty process may be considered if all SAP requirements have been completed and verifiable Class A driving experience has been obtained after completing the SAP program. All applicants must meet company hiring guidelines.
