Job Description:

Who We Are:

SolutionHealth is an integrated health system uniquely focused on providing access to high-value, primary, and specialty care that meets the growing needs of the communities we serve. Our IT department is diverse, strategic, and innovative focusing on patients, community, clinicians, outcome, safety, and quality. It's an exciting time at SolutionHealth as we continue to advance our technology platforms.

About the Job:

The Director, Infrastructure Application Services provides strategic, operational, and leadership accountability for enterprise infrastructure‑aligned application platforms that enable clinical, operational, and analytical capabilities across the organization. This role leads teams responsible for enterprise reporting platforms, system integrations, and Epic technical infrastructure services, ensuring these platforms are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational performance goals.

The portfolio includes enterprise reporting and analytics platforms (including Epic Caboodle, Clarity, and Tableau), integration and interoperability services (including Epic Bridges, Rhapsody, and Workday integrations), Epic technical infrastructure services (including Hyperdrive, Kuiper, Citrix, BCA, SPA, and Cogito‑related technical components), and infrastructure/backend support for imaging and radiology platforms, including PACS and related clinical imaging systems. The Director is accountable for ensuring these platforms operate cohesively, support mission‑critical clinical and business workflows, and evolve to meet changing clinical, regulatory, and digital transformation needs.

In addition to role‑specific responsibilities, all Directors within the Information Technology organization are expected to lead with enterprise perspective, disciplined execution, and a strong service mindset. Directors are accountable for translating organizational and clinical strategy into sustainable outcomes through effective portfolio stewardship, leadership of leaders, and trusted partnership with clinical and business stakeholders. This role requires consistent demonstration of the organization’s mission, values, and standards of behavior; commitment to inclusive, high‑performing teams; and adherence to shared operating principles that balance reliability, agility, and continuous improvement in support of safe, high‑quality patient care.

·        Serve as the technical architecture authority across clinical systems, imaging and diagnostic systems, business applications, and core infrastructure including compute, storage, network, cloud, identity, and telecom

·        Translate enterprise and clinical technology strategy into actionable architecture patterns and solution designs

·        Support architecture governance processes, including design reviews, standards alignment, technical exception analysis, and solution validation

·        Balance innovation and modernization with operational reliability, maintainability, cybersecurity, regulatory expectations, and enterprise architecture standards
