- Lead development and integration of STACK’s vendor qualification and risk-management program as it relates to safety and security for new and existing vendors across Operations, Construction, and other business functions.
- Mature STACK’s ergonomics program through standardized assessments, employee education, equipment recommendations, program tracking, and analysis of workplace trends.
- Develop a comprehensive office safety program across STACK corporate locations, including emergency preparedness, fire/life safety, workplace hazards, building-management coordination, and employee awareness.
- Support consistent emergency preparedness and response standards across STACK locations, including First Aid/CPR/AED coverage, emergency equipment maintenance, drills, after-action reviews, and enterprise reporting.
- Evaluate national or regional service agreements for emergency-response training, inspections, equipment maintenance, and related resources.
- Facilitate cross-functional planning, forecasting, and tracking of Enterprise Resilience CAPEX and operating budgets, software and license portfolios, subscriptions and renewals, and related procurement and resource needs.
- Leverage enterprise safety systems, SharePoint, Power BI, and workflow automation to improve program administration, data quality, accountability, and leadership visibility.
- Develop metrics, dashboards, reports, and presentations to identify trends, program performance, significant events, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities.
