- Lead global HR system enhancement initiatives that improve the employee and manager experience while supporting scalable business growth.
- Provide strong program leadership across cross-functional teams, influencing without direct authority, ensuring commitments are delivered, and building productive partnerships.
- Deliver results effectively and on time while continuously improving processes and solutions.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally, with AMD managers and executives.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- A minimum of 10 years of experience leading global programs and change initiatives across HR.

- Ability to work effectively within a global company and across multicultural, cross-functional, and matrixed teams.
- Experience managing projects with cross-functional, global teams.
- Proven track record of delivering against timelines and demanding schedules.
- Experience evaluating risks and tradeoffs and presenting solution options to executive teams.

- Program management experience in a dynamic, competitive industry, particularly within an engineering-based organization.
