Lo que implica este trabajo (Objetivo del puesto)

El Coordinador HSSE es la persona encargada de dar seguimiento a la implementación del Programa de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente de la operación de uno o varios sitios.

Zona de trabajo: Parque Industrial PIA, Querétaro

Horario de trabajo: Lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.

Sueldo Bruto Semanal, Mensual: $35,000 a $38,000 MXN mensuales brutos

Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial

¿Cuál es tu día a día?

- Coordinar la implementación de las mejores prácticas de HSSE en el sitio.
- Planear y coordinar inspecciones y evaluaciones para garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad e higiene.
- Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento del programa de seguridad en actividades y servicios de proveedores de JLL.
- Validar análisis de riesgo de actividades, mantenimientos y servicios realizados por proveedores.
- Coordinar la capacitación en temas de HSSE al personal JLL y a proveedores.
- Realizar reportes de actividades mensuales de HSSE, incluyendo avances de proyectos e indicadores clave de rendimiento.
- Participar y liderar el programa "Safety Moment", así como identificar actos y condiciones inseguras.

Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas

- Ingeniero Industrial, Ingeniero Ambiental o carreras afines.
- 1 a 3 años de experiencia en Seguridad e Higiene en propiedades, hospitalidad o campos relacionados.
- Conocimiento de requisitos locales de salud y seguridad ocupacional, instalaciones críticas y administración de proveedores especializados.
- Conocimientos de legislación en Protección Civil, SEMARNAT y STPS.
- Comprensión de aspectos técnicos básicos de la propiedad (HVAC, sistemas PCI, sistema mecánico, eléctrico y BMS).
- DC-5 para impartir cursos (deseable).
- Inglés intermedio.
