Role
As the Manufacturing Quality Line In-charge Final Inspection you will be part Manufacturing Quality Team and will report to Section Head.
Your role will be:
To insure the delivery of excellent quality product to customers by carrying out vehicle inspection and improving the overall built quality by collaborating with concerned agencies.

Your key Roles and Responsibilities are mentioned below-
1) Stabilisation of Quality System for new models for smooth introduction
2) Strengthening of Product Quality by reduction in market complaints and improving Build Up Quality
3) Improving Product Process and People excellence with systematic approach of IMS
4) To improve emotion connect with team members and support in resolving their issues related to administration.
5) To develop people to be subject matter experts through total employee involvement approach
6) Create eco-system to develop innovative solutions for problems by effective use of digitalization, Kaizen, 7 Step or Figure of Eight problem solving methodologies

Academic Qualification & Experience
Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical engineering)
>3 Years’ experience in Two wheeler
Technical Skills/Knowledge
Quality Certifications Such as Six Sigma
Professional Riding Experience /Certification
Knowledge of automotive regulations
Behavioural Skills
MS office
Data analysis by Quality tools
