About this role
Principal Responsibilities
- Assist CFO and Finance management team on establishing, articulating, tracking strategy execution e.g. scorecard and HR agenda.
- Assist to drive initiatives and projects on reporting, digitalization, process productivity improvement, etc.
- Support financial analytics, forecasting, budgeting and presentations to CMC, Board, regulators and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Opportunity to rotate within Finance to different roles including, but not limited to, Finance BP, MIS, Financial Reporting, etc.
Education and Relevant Experience
- Bachelor or Master degree from a reputable university.
- A major in Economics, Accounting, Finance and/(or) Business is preferred.
- Overseas study experience is preferred.
- 3-5 years of working experience.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, research, presentation and PPT visualization skills.
- Excellent in spoken and written English with good communication and presentation skills.
- A quick learner, logic minded, creative and resilient.
- Independent, self-initiated, and able to drive collaboration and deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
