About this role
Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required. U.S. citizenship required.
Location: On-site in Chantilly, VA (Full-Time). On-call coordination possible; local and CONUS TDY travel possible.
Keep a portal-and-network delivery team aligned. You'll define and track requirements, balance performance/cost/security tradeoffs with stakeholders, and make sure documentation and delivery keep pace for a federal national-security mission.
What you'll do
- Define, analyze, track and review technical requirements with engineers and stakeholders
- Balance requirements, performance, cost and security when designing solutions
- Track work requirements and action items to meet program deadlines
- Interface with stakeholders so user stories are recorded and prioritized
- Drive documentation of network configurations, processes and procedures
- Coordinate across organizational boundaries with sponsor staff and other contractor teams
- Support collecting, compiling and publishing plans, reports, policies and status
- Help the team meet performance SLAs (uptime, concurrent users, recovery) and keep resolution plans current
- Participate in on-call coordination when portal or network incidents escalate

- IT program or project management on technical delivery teams
- Requirements definition, analysis, tracking and review
- Stakeholder communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Documenting configurations, processes and procedures
- Balancing requirements, performance, cost and security in solution design
- Strong organization and attention to detail
Nice to have
- PMP, CAPM or similar
- Network engineering or cybersecurity background
- Experience with public portals, CDNs or dark-web / onion-service environments
- JIRA or similar tracking systems
- Teaching complex technical topics to non-technical audiences
