Senior Industrial AI Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Industrial AI Consultant to strengthen our Data & AI Practice across the Nordics.

You may come from management consulting or from a senior AI, data, digital or transformation role in industry. Your experience does not need to be limited to manufacturing. What matters is your ability to connect AI with business and operational challenges, engage senior stakeholders and turn ideas into concrete opportunities and initiatives.

You should be equally comfortable facilitating an executive workshop, discussing Operational Excellence and identifying where AI can create measurable value.
## What you will do
As a Senior Industrial AI Consultant at EFESO Nordics, you will:

- Build trusted relationships with senior clients and identify opportunities where AI can create measurable value
- Design and facilitate executive workshops, AI immersion programmes and client working sessions
- Translate business and operational challenges into concrete AI and advanced analytics opportunities
- Advise clients on AI strategy, roadmaps, operating models and value realization
- Shape new client engagements and contribute actively to business development
- Lead Industrial AI engagements from opportunity identification through implementation
- Develop our Industrial AI offering together with Operations Excellence, MAKE and Value Chain experts

## Is this you?
You are a senior professional who combines AI understanding, business acumen and outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

You are likely to bring:

- 10+ years of relevant professional experience, for example from a leading consultancy or a senior AI, data, digital or transformation role in a major company
- A track record of translating AI, advanced analytics or digital opportunities into business value
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience leading senior client workshops and executive discussions
- A strong understanding of Operational Excellence frameworks and methodologies and how technology can support business and operational transformation
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and building trusted, long-term client relationships
- The ability to connect business needs, operational challenges and AI possibilities
- Commercial drive and the ability to turn client dialogue into concrete opportunities and engagements
Relevant experience matters more to us than a specific academic background. Fluent English is required, while Swedish or Finnish is an advantage. The role includes travel.
