About this role
• Prepare, file and prosecute international patent applications
• Interact with internal clients across MediaTek’s global operations to provide patent related counselling, proactively solicit invention disclosures, and provide patentability evaluation
• Conduct, direct and analyze patent searches and formulate recommendations on validity and non-infringement of third party patents
• Manage post-issuance proceedings such as post grant review, inter partes review, oppositions, and litigation
