About this role
1. Patent Development & Multi-Jurisdictional Prosecution
1-1.Work with R&D teams to lead patent mining and portfolio development, identifying high-value technical solutions;
1-2.Independently draft and file patent applications across China, the United States, and Europe;
1-3.Independently analyze and respond to Office Actions, including formulating claim amendment and response strategies;
1-4.Independently handle re-examination requests following patent rejections, including analysis and rebuttal drafting.
2.Patent Validity Searching & Analysis
2-1.Conduct global novelty searches using mainstream databases and professional search tools;
2-2.Perform patent validity assessments to evaluate the stability and risk profile of target patents;
2-3.Prepare patent validity analysis reports.
3.Patent Infringement Analysis
3-1.Perform technical feature-to-claim mapping based on 3GPP standards across 3G/4G/5G;
3-2.Prepare Claim Chart and deliver analytical conclusions with risk assessments.
