Trainee Software Developer

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Software Developer Trainees who are passionate about programming and software development. The selected candidates will work with experienced developers, learn industry-standard technologies, and contribute to real-world projects while building their technical and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.
- Write clean and efficient code under the guidance of senior developers.
- Learn and work with programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or other relevant technologies.
- Assist with database operations, API integrations, and debugging.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team meetings.
- Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to deliver quality software.
- Continuously learn new technologies and follow software development best practices.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals, OOP concepts, and data structures.
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Academic projects, internships, or personal coding projects are an advantage.
