岗位职责：

1 、负责 SoC 芯片 DDR 驱动及固件的开发、调试与优化工作，保障 DDR 子系统功能稳定运行。

2 、负责 DDR 相关软硬件协同验证，制定测试方案、验证策略及测试用例，确保设计满足功能和性能要求。

3 、基于 EMU 、 FPGA 等验证平台开展 DDR 功能验证、系统调试及问题定位，推动设计问题闭环解决。

4 、负责芯片 DDR Pre-Silicon 及 Post-Silicon 阶段的功能验证工作，支持芯片研发与产品化过程。

5 、负责 DDR 初始化流程、低功耗功能及 DVFS 相关功能开发、验证与优化。

6 、负责 DDR 性能、功耗及稳定性优化工作，分析并解决系统运行过程中的相关问题。

7 、参与芯片 Bring-up 及系统集成调试工作，推动 DDR 模块与整机系统的稳定运行。

8 、为产品研发及量产阶段提供 DDR 相关技术支持，负责问题分析、定位及解决方案输出。

岗位要求：

1 、具备嵌入式系统、 Linux Kernel 或相关底层软件开发经验，熟悉驱动及固件开发流程。

2 、熟悉系统启动加载流程（ Boot Flow ），能够独立进行启动链路分析与问题排查。

3 、熟悉 LPDDR 相关协议及工作机制，了解 DDR 控制器、 PHY 等相关模块原理。

4 、熟悉 DDR 初始化流程、低功耗管理机制及 DVFS 工作原理，具备相关开发或调试经验。

5 、具备 DDR 功能验证及问题分析能力，能够通过日志、波形及测试结果定位复杂问题。

6 、熟悉 EMU 、 FPGA 等验证平台，具有 Pre-Silicon 或 Post-Silicon 验证经验者优先。
