Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Insert Job Title to join our team! In this role you will get to Insert one sentence summary of key job role .

What You'll Be Doing:

- Create and update 3D BIM models for wet utility systems using Civil 3D, or other BIM software.
- Model potable water, irrigation, stormwater and sewerage networks.
- Develop utility structures such as manholes, chambers, valve chambers, tanks, and pump stations.
- Maintain model accuracy in line with design revisions.
- Generate plans & profiles from BIM models.
- Ensure drawings comply with project CAD and BIM standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary coordination activities.
- Assist in identifying and resolving clashes with roads, structures, buildings, landscape, and dry utilities.
- Update models based on coordination comments and approved design changes.
- Follow BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards, and company procedures.
- Perform model checks to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
- Ensure proper naming conventions, folder structures, and data management practices are maintained.
- Prepare model submissions according to project milestones.
- Maintain records of model revisions and updates.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

- Autodesk Civil 3D
- Navisworks
- AutoCAD
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360
- InfraWorks (preferred)
- Dynamo (preferred)

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

- Strong understanding of wet utility infrastructure.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and design specifications.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and project workflows.
