Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Marine Engineer to join our team!

In this role you will provide specialist engineering and construction supervision for marine works, including dredging, reclamation and marine edges.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Provide technical supervision of dredging, reclamation, marine edges and associated marine works.
- Review drawings, method statements, technical submissions, materials and RFIs.
- Monitor marine construction activities for compliance with specifications, quality and HSE requirements.
- Resolve technical and construction issues associated with marine works.
- Coordinate inspections, testing and interfaces with civil and other disciplines.
- Monitor progress and provide technical input to the Resident Engineer and project team.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Marine or related Engineering discipline.
- 12+ years' relevant engineering and construction experience, including marine works.
- Strong experience in dredging, reclamation and marine edge construction.
- Strong knowledge of marine construction methods, specifications, inspection and quality requirements.
- Ability to review technical submissions and resolve complex site issues.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

- Experience on major marine, waterfront or coastal infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of dredging, reclamation and marine edge works.
- UAE/Middle East marine construction experience.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary construction supervision team.
