Step into the world of commercial real estate with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s International Graduate Programme (IGP) .
Over two years, you’ll get the chance to explore different parts of our business, work with teams across URW, experience another European market and start discovering where you want your career to take you.
2 years. 4 rotations. International experience. One exciting career ahead.
This isn’t about sitting on the sidelines or spending two years in the same team. You’ll be close to the action from the start, learning by doing, contributing to real projects and building experience across different areas of our business.
Your two-year journey
You’ll complete four six-month rotations , giving you the time to really get involved in each area, build meaningful experience and understand how different parts of URW come together.
Your rotations could see you gaining experience across areas such as:
- Leasing
- Shopping Centre Management
- Development
- Marketing
- Controlling
- Asset Management
- Investment
Each rotation will give you a different perspective on our business. You’ll work alongside experienced teams, take on real responsibilities and build the commercial and technical skills that will help shape the next stage of your career.
And because we don't believe careers have to follow just one path, the programme is also your opportunity to explore what excites you, discover your strengths and start building a career that’s uniquely your own, reflecting the wider career philosophy in our new advert approach.
✈️ Take your experience international
One of the things that makes the IGP special is the opportunity to experience URW beyond your home market. As part of the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to work in another European market, experiencing a different team, culture and way of working.
It’s your chance to step outside your comfort zone, broaden your perspective and build a network that goes beyond your immediate team or country.
You’ll finish the programme with more than two years of experience. You’ll have a much broader understanding of URW, our destinations and the many different careers within real estate.

You'll have access to learning and development opportunities while building your skills and confidence through real-world experience. Over the two years, you’ll have the opportunity to:

The kind of people we’re looking for :
- An undergraduate degree, and ideally a Master’s, in Real Estate, Business Management, Asset Management or a related field
- Business-level English and at least one other Group language, such as French, Spanish, Dutch, German, Swedish, Czech or Polish
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in the commercial side of our business
- Confidence communicating and working with different people
- Curiosity and a willingness to ask questions, challenge thinking and explore new ideas
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the motivation to turn ideas into action
- Excitement about the possibility of an international career
