We are looking for a Product Manager for our Engagement Platform (SaaS) as part of our Product & Platforms team.

Reporting to the Head of Products & Platforms, you will be responsible for driving the success of Edenred's Engagement Platform.

You will combine product ownership, roadmap execution, stakeholder management and go-to-market coordination to maximize platform adoption, deliver impactful product enhancements and create continuous value for clients, users and partners. You will act as the bridge between global product teams and local business stakeholders while ensuring successful product launches and ongoing platform evolution.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Owning the local product roadmap and managing the entire product lifecycle.
- Driving the launch, adoption and performance monitoring of new features and platform enhancements
- Translating local business needs into product requirements and priorities while influencing the global roadmap.
- Coordinating testing, validation and implementation activities with business and technology stakeholders.
- Working closely with Go-to-Market, Marketing, Sales, Ops and Customer Success teams to support product positioning, launches, training and adoption initiatives

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, digital, technology or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in digital product management , digital project management or a similar role. Experience working in a SaaS environment is a plus.
- You are fluent in English and are proficient in French and/or Dutch .
- You enjoy working with an evolving product and therefore in an agile environment alongside international teams, taking full ownership of your product, including managing stakeholders and sharing knowledge internally.

You have a solid understanding of:

- Product lifecycle management and agile product delivery.
- Customer-centric design and user experience principles.
- Digital platforms, SaaS products and adoption strategies.
- Performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
- Stakeholder management within cross-functional and international organizations.

- Permanent full-time contract (38 hours/week)
- Location: Brussels (Auderghem)
