We are looking for a Digital Interactions Tech Lead & AI Intent Engineer to lead the development, and implementation of AI transformation of the tribe Digital Interactions. This role combines strong hands-on technical leadership and AI engineering expertise (SDD), ensuring that solutions are scalable, secured, maintainable, and aligned with business needs.

You will work closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate complex challenges into effective solutions. You will remain actively involved in engineering while providing technical direction, defining standards, and supporting the development of the team. The first responsibilities will be elaborating the intent and creating the spec, review the AI agent’s architecture proposal and implementation plans, test outputs (after implementation by AI), and overseeing the PR review.

As a first Intent Engineer in the tribe, you will also be the first driver of the AI-DLC transformation and the main reviewer of the AI-DLC toolchain.

What you do

- Define technical standards, development guidelines, reusable components, and engineering best practices. Guide developers on implementation choices and support the resolution of complex technical challenges.
- Perform technical reviews and ensure high standards for code quality, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability. Lead by example, balancing technical ownership and hands-on contribution with team guidance and mentoring. Support the team in developing and accelerating AI engineering capabilities. Follow NFR planning, technical-debt remediation and security/vulnerabilities lifecycle
- Design and deploy cloud solution and cloud-based AI solutions using modern software engineering and DevOps practices. Apply CI/CD, Git, Docker, API, and cloud architecture principles across the solution lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with security requirements, data protection standards, and Responsible AI principles. Monitor solution performance and reliability and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement applications and services using Spec Driven Development (SDD). Methodology and harness concept, remaining actively involved in hands-on engineering. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Work closely with the Tribe Tech lead, the central AI Factory and local AI Foundation to gather architecture patterns and implement solution. Bring technical design and architecture of AI and Generative AI solutions to product team. Drive the integration of AI models and services into existing enterprise applications and platforms through APIs or MCPs.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, architects, developers, and business stakeholders. Communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and solutions through AI and automation. Contribute to technical roadmaps and support informed decisions on AI technologies, platforms, and implementation approaches.

What you bring

- Strong proficiency in NodeJS, ReactJS or AngularTS and software engineering practices. Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Docker, and DevOps practices. Hands-on experience with Generative AI and SDD development.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills in an international environment. Ability to define technical architecture, standards, and development guidelines.
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, performance, and Responsible AI principles. Experience designing and implementing AI-powered applications and services. Experience integrating AI models through APIs and enterprise applications.
- Practical knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and the deployment of AI solutions. Comfortable working in a fast-evolving AI environment and learning new technologies.
- Strong hands-on technical mindset combined with leadership capabilities, proactivity, ownership, and proposing improvements. Quality-conscious and pragmatic approach to development, with the ability to lead by example rather than only coordinate the team.
- Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills. Able to communicate complex technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Machine learning is a strong advantage.
