About this role
The Quality Inspector is responsible for managing the independent site inspections. The first line of defence will be by the delivery of on-site training and coaching of the Delivery Team. The second line will be by carrying out inspections of the Works. The role will involve working in a specific area of the project and providing support to other Quality Inspectors across both sections of the project.

Essential
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including English and Mathematics, or able to demonstrate equivalent workplace experience
- Demonstrable IT competence, supported by relevant experience, training or qualifications
- Willingness and ability to complete Novade platform training and any mandatory Costain project-specific training
Desirable
- Level 3 qualification, such as a BTEC, NVQ or equivalent, in IT, digital support, business administration, information management or a related discipline
- Relevant IT support or systems administration certification, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft fundamentals or an equivalent qualification
- Microsoft 365 training or certification, particularly in Excel, Teams and SharePoint
- Training or certification in data management, digital construction, document control or information management
- A recognised construction or utilities qualification
