Job Title: Junior Project Manager – Telekomunikacja

Job Location: Warsaw, Poland

Main Responsibilities:

- Support the delivery of telecommunications projects, including equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Assist with technical checks and ensure that project activities are completed according to requirements.
- Support the identification and resolution of technical issues, working closely with experienced team members.
- Participate in activities related to network upgrades, service migration, and the implementation of new solutions.
- Learn about Huawei products and technologies and support their implementation in customer projects.
- Coordinate daily project activities and cooperate with internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Regularly communicate project progress, potential risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Support project planning, task coordination, and follow-up to help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

Requirements:

- Good command of English, both spoken and written, and the ability to communicate effectively in an international working environment.
- Good communication skills, including the ability to share updates, ask questions, report potential issues, and follow up on tasks.
- A proactive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and a willingness to learn and develop.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Project coordination or project management experience is welcome and will be considered a strong advantage.
- An educational background in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field is welcome but not required.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications or related technologies is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is equally important. Relevant areas include:

o Core Networks: basic understanding of telecommunications network systems.

o Wireless Networks: 2G, 3G, LTE, or 5G technologies.

o IP Networks: basic networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, routing, and switching.

o Transmission Networks: optical networks and DWDM.

o Digital Power: power supply systems, UPS, photovoltaics, and energy solutions for mobile base stations.

- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional team.
