【TW Life】Deputy Supervisor, Local Reporting & Tax, Finance Dept.

Join Chubb Life Insurance Taiwan as a Deputy Supervisor in the Finance & Accounting team. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate income‑tax month‑end close, coordinating annual tax filings and preparing local regulatory reports. The position requires strong collaboration, time‑management, and cross‑functional communication skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute monthly income‑tax closing procedures and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Act as the primary contact and coordinator for annual tax filing submissions.
- Prepare local regulatory reports on a monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc basis.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for IFRS 17 local reporting requirements.
- Handle ad‑hoc requests and special projects assigned by the Finance manager.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather data and resolve reporting issues.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for all tax and reporting activities.
- Monitor deadlines and prioritize workload to meet statutory filing schedules.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Prior experience in an insurance company is preferred.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across functions.
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Proactive and punctual
- Good skills in problem-solving
