Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho Senior

Objetivo do Cargo
Promover e garantir a saúde, segurança e integridade física dos colaboradores, contratados e visitantes, assegurando o cumprimento da legislação aplicável, normas corporativas e requisitos de EHS (Environment, Health & Safety).

Principais Responsabilidades

- Realizar inspeções de segurança em áreas operacionais, escritórios e obras.
- Identificar perigos e avaliar riscos ocupacionais.
- Investigar incidentes, acidentes e desvios de segurança.
- Elaborar e acompanhar planos de ação corretivos e preventivos.
- Ministrar treinamentos de segurança e integração de novos colaboradores.
- Monitorar requisitos legais e regulatórios relacionados à Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho.
- Apoiar programas de ergonomia, higiene ocupacional e prevenção de acidentes.
- Controlar documentação de EHS, licenças, certificados e registros obrigatórios.
- Acompanhar atividades de terceiros e garantir conformidade com os requisitos de segurança.
- Participar de auditorias internas e externas.

Qualificações

- Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho concluído.
- Registro ativo no MTE (quando aplicável).
- Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs), especialmente NR-01, NR-06, NR-07, NR-09, NR-10, NR-17, NR-23, NR-35 e demais aplicáveis.
- Conhecimento em investigação de incidentes e gestão de riscos.
- Pacote Microsoft Office.
