We Are Futures is a leading Brand & Social Impact Agency with over 20 years’ experience helping major employers connect meaningfully with young people. We work at the intersection of education, employability, marketing and early careers, partnering with some of the UK’s most recognisable brands (such as Sky, NatWest, McDonalds, Team GB & Paralympics GB, Formula E, Lidl, Duracell) and a national network of over 130,000 educators through our National Schools Partnership.

Prosper has been developed from this foundation. It is an AI-native learning and coaching platform designed to help young people (16–24) build essential life, career and employability skills - at scale, with depth, and with measurable outcomes. Prosper combines learning science, behavioral design, coaching methodologies and artificial intelligence to deliver personalised, motivating skill-development journeys that improve confidence, capability and progression.

The role is working for Prosper. We are now entering a critical phase: moving from successful prototype and beta trial (with partners including Manchester Metropolitan University, Lancaster University, the Army Cadets, and City Year) into product-market fit, early commercial traction and scalable growth through partnerships and distribution.

The role

You will help turn Prosper into a product employers would pay for, and then sell it. Reporting to the Founder and working closely with the Chief Product Officer and Partnerships & Project Manager, as well as the development team, you will shape how we take the proposition to market, prove it with employer test cohorts, and convert that evidence into annual contracts.

Our 2027 goal is to bring in 8–9 UK employer clients. The focus is essential human skills for young people at all qualification levels - school leavers, apprentices and graduates - both in recruitment pipelines and in their first six months at work.

What we're looking for

Essential

• A track record of developing and selling employer-funded learning or early-talent programmes

• Detailed knowledge of HR, L&D and recruitment buyers - how they budget, buy and run procurement

• An active network of relevant decision-makers you can bring to the table quickly

• Experience shaping a proposition from early product to something buyers will sign for

• Comfortable working hands-on and autonomously in an early-stage company

Desirable

• Background in EdTech, HR tech, or L&D

• Experience running pilots and turning outcome data into a commercial case

• Experience working alongside a product team, turning customer insight into evidence rather than feature requests

• Interest in growing into a full-time GTM / Commercial Lead role

What you'll do

Shape the proposition

• Develop the employer positioning, packaging and pricing for annual contracts, building on the agreed Early Talent proposition, with the founder and Chief Product Officer

• Bring employer evidence on what buyers need in order to sign, to inform the product team's scope for the March 2027 product

• Map the competitive landscape and establish clear differentiation from existing early-talent, assessment and L&D providers

• Identify the buyers, budgets and use cases - early careers, talent acquisition, L&D, HR - that give us the fastest route to revenue

Prove it with employers

• Secure and set up employer test cohorts to start from January 2027

• Agree commercial success criteria for each cohort, using the product's progress measures, and capture the evidence employers need to buy

• Feed employer insight to the product team through the shared roadmap, and bring product into employer conversations

Establish sales activity

• Build the pipeline, sales materials and case for investment that buyers will take to their budget holders

• Navigate procurement and convert test cohorts and prospects into annual contracts, agreeing any product commitments with the Chief Product Officer first

• Set up the sales process, CRM and reporting so the approach can scale

Milestones

1. Now – December 2026: positioning, packaging and differentiation agreed; first employers committed to test cohorts

2. January 2027: employer test cohorts live; pre-launch sales under way

3. End of March 2027: first sellable product available; first contracts in negotiation

4. March – May: Convert test cohorts into paying customers.

Closing date: EOP November 13 th 2026
