Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards
- Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
- Maintain knowledge of drink menus, promotions, and specials
- Provide recommendations and engage guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensure accurate order taking and timely service
- Set up and stock bar with necessary supplies, garnishes, and glassware
- Monitor inventory and notify management of shortages
- Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS systems
- Balance cash drawers and prepare end-of-shift reports
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Follow all local health department regulations and alcohol beverage laws
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Properly clean and sanitize bar equipment and tools
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with special events, banquets, and poolside service as needed

Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of standard cocktail recipes and beverage preparation techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service in Florida
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
