Join our Christmas team at House of Photography and help families and children create festive memories in our first-floor grotto and print workshop.
Christmas Grotto & Print Workshop Assistant
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (Part Time Hours)
Location: London (Covent Garden)
Salary: £14.80 (London Living Wage) plus loyalty bonus
Managed by one of our supervisors, you’ll mainly help customers in the print workshop, making their festive visit welcoming and memorable. You’ll also support Santa and the elves when needed.
Availability to work over the Christmas period is essential, including weekends where applicable and busy trading times.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Help customers with their prints and guide them through the print workshop experience, through problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Welcome families and children, helping them create festive keepsakes and memories.
Keep the workshop and grotto tidy and organised, following your supervisor’s guidance.
Keeping the grotto workshop safe, following health and safety requirements.
Supporting the grotto experience as a whole, including check-ins and organisation, and opening and closing of the grotto.
What we are looking for:
Friendly, patient and confident communicating with customers, families and children.
A reliable, punctual team player who is happy to help during a busy Christmas season.
Eligibility to work in the UK is a must.
Ability to work extended shifts whilst the grotto is open.
