Are you an experienced supply chain or customer service leader who enjoys driving change, improving processes, and developing high-performing teams?

We're looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor to lead our Customer Service and Order Entry functions, ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting the implementation of new systems, improved processes, and data-driven decision making.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong operational experience with a passion for customer service, continuous improvement, and technology. As the business continues its ERP transformation journey and explores opportunities to leverage AI across the supply chain, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of how the team operates.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and developing Customer Service and Order Entry teams to deliver excellent service and operational performance.
- Managing customer orders, enquiries, escalations, and service requirements with a focus on accuracy and responsiveness.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, service levels, and team effectiveness.
- Supporting ERP system developments and helping embed new processes and ways of working.
- Identifying opportunities to utilise AI and automation to improve workflows, reporting, and customer experience.
- Collaborating with Production, Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure continuity of supply.
- Monitoring and improving key supply chain performance metrics.
- Managing inventory and stock control activities, ensuring robust stock management and inventory accuracy.
- Using data and insights to support operational decision-making and drive performance improvements.
- Leading projects that enhance supply chain performance, customer satisfaction, and business results.

What We're Looking For

- Previous leadership or management experience within Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing Operations, or a similar environment.
- A strong customer service background with a passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes.
- Experience working with ERP systems and supporting system implementation or transformation projects.
- Proven ability to lead teams through change and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing inventory, stock control, and inventory accuracy processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
- Experience using data to drive operational performance and decision making.

Desirable Experience

- Power BI experience or other reporting and data visualisation tools.
- Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working within a regulated manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or GMP environment.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Why Join Us?

This is more than a traditional supply chain leadership role. You'll have the opportunity to shape how the function evolves through technology, ERP transformation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement, while leading a team that plays a critical role in delivering products to customers and supporting patient care.

If you're an engaging people leader with strong customer service and supply chain experience who thrives in a changing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
