What You'll Do
- Administer Medications: Safely administer medications according to physician orders, care plans, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Document medication administration accurately using electronic medication records.
- Monitor Resident Well-Being: Observe residents for changes in condition, medication side effects, or concerns and report them promptly.
- Support Daily Living: Assist residents with personal care and daily activities while promoting dignity and independence.
- Build Meaningful Connections: Develop positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Bring Positive Energy: Help create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and supported.
What You'll Bring
- Required Credentials: Meet applicable Iowa Medication Aide certification and training requirements.
- Attention to Detail: Follow medication administration procedures carefully and maintain accurate documentation.
