What You'll Do
- Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs while promoting comfort and independence.
- Encourage Independence: Help residents stay active, engaged, and involved in their daily routines.
- Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents' conditions and promptly report any concerns.
- Build Meaningful Connections: Develop positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Create Moments of Joy: Share conversations, laughter, and activities that make residents feel valued and appreciated.
- Provide Compassionate Care: Support residents with patience, kindness, and respect while protecting their dignity.
