Job Description

Nidec HVAC Aftermarket, a leader in innovative motor solutions, is looking for a  Marketing Communications Co-Op to join our team. This is your chance to get hands-on experience with real projects, collaborate across teams, and make an impact in a global manufacturing company that keeps homes comfortable and energy efficient.

What You’ll Do

- Help  improve the ordering, inventory, and distribution  process for promotional products.
- Organize and manage digital assets  — photography, videos, graphics, and more — to keep our marketing materials fresh and easy to access.
- Collaborate with the e-business team  to provide and organize website content.
- Assist with printed literature  storage and fulfillment process improvements.
- Support the  Marketing Communications Manager  on a variety of creative and organizational projects.
- Participate in team meetings and gain exposure to real-world marketing operations.

What We’re Looking For

- Currently enrolled in  Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related program.
- Strong  written and verbal communication  skills.
- Proficient in  Microsoft Office  and familiar with  social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented , organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working  independently and collaboratively  in a team environment.
- An interest in  manufacturing or industrial markets  is a plus (and yes, motors can actually be pretty cool).
