Title: Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
Compensation: $25-$28/ hour
Shift/Working Hours: Full-Time, Standard Business Hours (on-call availability for emergencies)
About the role:
PrideStaff is partnering with an established clinical healthcare and diagnostic organization to find an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor. In this role, you will coordinate building and grounds maintenance, lead facility improvement projects, oversee shipping and receiving, and supervise the maintenance team to ensure a safe, efficient environment.
What you will do:
Supervise the facilities team and material handling staff, delegating daily maintenance requests and managing equipment, parts, and supply inventories.
Maintain and troubleshoot building systems including HVACR units, commercial refrigeration/freezer units, basic electrical wiring, plumbing, and light construction.
Serve as the main liaison for property owners and outside contractors, coordinate building safety inspections, manage computerized preventive maintenance programs, and support office/laboratory reconfigurations.

High school diploma or equivalent, combined with a technical college certificate or military technical training.
3+ years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, construction, electrical work, or HVAC repair.
Valid EPA HVACR Technician Certification (or ability to obtain).
Strong communication skills, working knowledge of blueprint reading and low-voltage wiring, and the physical ability to lift and move 50–75 lbs.
