Job Overview
Supervisar, coordinar y asegurar la correcta ejecución de las operaciones del proceso de pintura, garantizando el cumplimiento del plan de producción bajo los estándares establecidos de seguridad, calidad, productividad, costo y entrega utilizando conocimientos técnicos especializados en procesos de preparación, aplicación, curado y acabado de pintura.
A Day In The Life
- Coordinar las actividades diarias del área de pintura de acuerdo con el plan de producción
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de metas de producción: eficiencia, scrap, tiempos, delivery
- Distribuir al personal y recursos de acuerdo con las necesidades de producción
- Asegurar la continuidad operativa y reaccionar oportunamente
- Supervisar técnicamente los procesos de preparación de superficies, mezcla, aplicación y curado de pintura
- Asegurar los parámetros establecidos para el proceso
- Monitorear variables como: viscosidad, temperatura, humedad, presión de aplicación, flujo de pintura, tiempo, relación de mezcla
- Participar en pruebas, validaciones y cambios de materiales
- Mantenimiento del orden y limpieza de las áreas de producción.
