About this role

As a   Project Manager   you will be working within our Energy   Credits and Incentives ,   179D and Investment Tax   Credits   (ITC)   division to plan and execute projects associated with tax incentive deduction studies. You will work in a team environment alongside attorneys, accountants, engineers, and architects through the completion of tax consulting assignments. Working hand in hand with technical experts and senior leadership, you will be driving project success and management by   acquiring   resources and coordinating efforts of the team to deliver projects according to plans.

Responsibilities:

- Lead projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and goals are met

- Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and understanding client needs

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in partnership with internal teams and leadership

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and expectations

- Partner with clients on technical project discussions,   identifying   opportunities and understanding construction-related activities

- Monitor project progress,   identify   risks and areas for improvement, and develop solutions to keep projects on track

- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

- Drive process improvements and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

- Execute project next steps and milestones while maximizing value and outcomes for the client

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business management, project management, or   other   related field

- Preferred 3+ years of relevant project management

- Preferred experience in the   construction industry or engineering

- Preferred experience with ITC   is a plus (not   required   though)

- Proficiency   in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines   and changing priorities

- Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential

- Must   reside   in   or   relocate   to Houston
