Shifts:
2nd (3:00- 11:30pm; Monday - Friday)
3rd: 11:00PM-7:30AM; Sunday - Thursday)
Position is responsible for set up and operation of machinery to combine dry and/or liquid chemicals into customer products. Ensures the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost and meets customer specifications and delivery requirements in accordance with Avient policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing operations.
- 3+ years of experience in plastics, colorants manufacturing, mixing, extrusion, or blending operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot safely and efficiently.
- Experience with SAP transactions and production documentation.
- Forklift operator license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.
