Accounting Assistant (Part-Time / Co-op Internship)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support a range of critical accounting functions, including billing, general ledger maintenance, invoice processing, and year-end close activities. This role reports directly to the CFO and plays an important part in ensuring smooth financial operations.
This is a part-time or co-op opportunity with a flexible schedule, making it ideal for students or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Foundational knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and software
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
