IT Support Technician
Location: Doral, FL
Schedule: Full-time, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Work Location: In-person
We are seeking an entry-level IT Support Technician to assist with daily technical support, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow their IT skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Windows, Mac, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
Install, update, and maintain computers and related equipment.
Assist with servers, printers, IP phones, and security cameras.
Respond to support tickets and escalate complex issues.
Maintain equipment inventory, license records, and system reports.
Assist with purchasing IT supplies and tracking department expenses.
Move and organize IT equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, completed or in progress.
Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.
Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting tools.
Familiarity with Mac computers and common office technology.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused approach and willingness to learn.
Ability to lift and move IT equipment.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; Italian or French is a plus.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
