About this role
What You'll Do
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous food and beverage service to guests on the beach and in designated outdoor service areas.
- Greet guests warmly and establish a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen and bar.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and promptly address concerns.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of beach service stations, storage areas, and equipment.
- Set up and break down beach service areas according to operational standards.
- Comply with all responsible alcohol service requirements and company policies.
- Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team
What We're Looking For
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Availability for weekends and holidays
