Your Role

As an Acrylic Bath Installer , you'll be responsible for the professional installation of our bath and shower systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll work directly with homeowners to transform bathrooms efficiently, safely, and with the highest level of craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

- Remodel bathrooms in as little as one day using carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction skills.
- Follow installation standards and procedures to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers at all times.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and respectful of the homeowner's property.
- Educate customers on the care and maintenance of their new bath system.
- Complete required paperwork and job documentation, including project photos.
- Stock and maintain installation vehicles, tools, and materials.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of bathroom remodeling, carpentry, trim carpentry, or home renovation experience preferred.
- Ability to take accurate measurements using a tape measure, level, and combination square.
- Basic plumbing experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
