About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, assess their needs, and present customized solutions. This is a commission-based outside sales position offering significant earning potential for driven individuals.

Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary sales tools and technology.
- Build rapport with homeowners and identify their project goals.
- Create customized solutions that fit customer needs and budgets.
- Provide pricing and financing options.
- Close sales and achieve monthly performance goals.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
- In-home sales, home improvement, remodeling, or construction industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed.
