Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Tulsa, is searching for a charismatic and sharp Table Games Floor Lead to join our winning team. This isn't your average suit-and-tie supervisor gig. You'll be the ringmaster of your own pit, ensuring the games run smoothly and our guests have an unforgettable experience (that hopefully involves a lucky streak!).
- We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1-year of table games dealing experience. (MUST KNOW ROULETTE). Alternatively, a blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick!
- Ability to lead a gaming floor area without having direct supervisory authority over employees.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with a team.
- Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
