- Oversee agency strategy and optimise recruitment channels for impact.

- Leverage Data to Drive Impact

- Lead cluster-level reporting and analytics, translating data into actionable insights.

- Optimise hiring outcomes through strong budget management, performance tracking and continuous improvement.

- Lead & Influence

- Lead, coach and inspire a team of recruiters across clinical domains.

- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across institutions to align priorities and deliver results.

- Champion a culture of innovation, performance and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in hiring.

What We’re Looking For

- 8–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with proven leadership track record.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in complex environments.

- Comfortable with data, reporting and analytics at scale.

- Passion for building employer brand, improving processes and driving outcomes.

- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced organisation while managing multiple priorities.
